Food packages and limits
NYS Directive 4911 guidance notes that food-package limits, weight allowances and special-population restrictions can apply. Review the current Directive and the receiving facility’s procedures before ordering.
Shipping and receiving
Please pay very close attention to your loved one’s designated facility’s Facility Operating Procedures (F.O.P.), as they vary slightly from NYS Directive 4911. Please click here for more information.
